How To Make Proposal For A Franchise



... autumn has arrived!
the temperatures dropped, the quilt has come back ... just missed a first warming the heart, to enjoy these evenings, alas, already so dark!
risotto that I propose is very delicate and special and the recipe is easy and will steal no time!




INGREDIENTS 300 gr.
arborio rice 200 gr. 2 zucchini pistachio giant


2 scallions 1 / 2 l vegetable broth
salt, pepper and grated Parmesan cheese to taste


chopped scallions and grated zucchini (In the food processor!) And either fry in a large pot with 3 tablespoons of Ages.
shelled pistachios, tenetene by 1 / 3 leaving them whole. chopped 2 / 3 of remaining to reduce them almost powdered.
add the pistachios in the whole mixture, then add the rice powder and pistachios, let the flavors blend for 5 minutes.
wet at this point with a couple of ladles of hot broth, lower the heat and simmer, stirring constantly.
cooked, sprinkle with pepper and Parmesan.
