Bosley Lasercomb Results




like a "parmesan", but much more light and tasty.

INGREDIENTS 500 gr. 500 grams of minced mixed

tomatoes 2 eggplant 2 zucchini

1 onion 4 tablespoons grated pecorino

6 tablespoons Parmesan

cut the eggplant and zucchini slices with a thickness of 1 / 2 cm. grilled vegetables.
Meanwhile saute the onion in a saucepan and add the meat, saute for about ten minutes.
passed to the mixer the tomatoes, cut into pieces and pour the sauce into the pan with the meat.
lower the heat and simmer for about half an hour.
lined the bottom of a baking dish with slices of eggplant and zucchini, pour some sauce and sprinkle with both cheeses. Proceed as follows to fill the baking dish.
