Free Sand Rail Monster Energy Drink

rice with vegetables and shrimp


rice this is a fairly trivial, but that makes me think of spring ...
we hope to bring good luck and sweep away this annoying rain that everything turns gray,
even mood!

INGREDIENTS

3oo gr. Thai or basmati rice bonnet
2 cloves garlic 1 leek

200 gr. of sweet green peppers
100 gr. peas frozen shrimps

30 10 1 mozzarella tomatoes


1 cup white wine 3 tablespoons curry powder 1 teaspoon of saffron



salt and pepper fried in extra virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons of the leek and garlic , along with sliced \u200b\u200bpeppers.
after 3 minutes add the peas and shrimp. cook over high heat for 5 minutes, then deglaze with wine and add the saffron and curry. salt and pepper.
cut the tomatoes into small cubes and mix in a bowl with a side of garlic sliced \u200b\u200bthin.
boiled rice, drain it al dente and intiepiditelo with cold water. Remove from the fire vegetables and add the rice, stirring well to mix all the flavors.
before serving, pour the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese in the rice, mix well and serve immediately.
