chickpea flour 1 1 / 2 cup water
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 or 5 sprigs of rosemary
plenty of black pepper salt to taste
wash the rosemary and collect only the coniferous trees, chop in a food processor.
sift the flour and add the chopped rosemary.
warm water and add the remaining ingredients, stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps.
let the dough rest for at least an hour.
Grease a round baking pan with low sides, pour the mixture and bake at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
