Directed by Daniel Lee, based on the novel by Sapphire's "Push the story of Precious Jones. In a disadvantaged young Harlem eighties Clareece Precious Jones, obese, illiterate girl raped by her father, moreover, is forced to live under the violence of his mother, an unemployed woman angry with the world hates her daughter.
